Browsing this website or submitting an appointment request does NOT establish an official attorney-client relationship. An official relationship is established ONLY when a formal written retainer agreement is co-signed by an authorized partner of our firm.

2. Notary Certifications Disclaimer

Notaries public witness signature authentications and administer oaths. A notary public does not validate the truthfulness of document contents, nor does notarization guarantee contract enforceability. We advise consulting our attorneys for advice on contract validity.

3. Dynamic Pricing Changes

Flat fees listed on our Pricing page apply to standard templates. Complex corporate filings, cross-border notarizations, or multi-owner deed conveyancing will require custom billing structures, outlined in detail prior to work commencement.
